New ideas and potential uses are waiting to be discovered. We do this through screening. In this way, we pay attention to urban planning aspects, to social and demographic dimensions, take a close look at the respective situation on site and take into account the expectations of users – in short, we keep a very close eye on market events. In addition, we obtain valuable information, preferably first-hand. Scientific research results, analyses and studies are sources for our considerations. We evaluate new technologies and insights and then systematically integrate them if they seem useful to us. This is how our "Fit for Future" proposals are drawn up. Moreover, true – we are not saying that it is easy to discover new pathways.

NET ZERO.

As a project developer, we are increasingly focusing on the topic of sustainability. After all, around one third of CO2 emissions in Germany are generated in the building sector. In particular, the CO2 balance is burdened by the classic construction method based on concrete and cement with high resource consumption. The German Federal Government has set appropriately demanding targets: By 2050, the aim is to achieve an almost climate-neutral building stock.

NET ZERO CONCRETE

We support the pathway outlined to a climate-neutral building stock with our ideas. Environmentally friendly and efficient construction is made possible through our modular, prefabricated components. Our patented Net Zero Concrete stands for the continuous use of lightweight concrete. A hybrid mixing technology developed by us uses perlite as a lightweight additive. In this way, we can manufacture lightweight concrete modules that comply with standards at low cost. In this way, 40 percent of weight and sand can be saved without any disadvantages structurally. The reduction of transport costs as well as the best insulation, noise and fire protection services together with the wide range of possible applications make the product an ideal instrument for reducing CO2.
